G.O.A.T. Coffee Co Inc. ("we", "us") operates the G.O.A.T. Coffee Rewards mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to run your rewards account and your orders.

Information we collect

Account details — your name, phone number and/or email address, and (optionally) your birthday, provided when you sign up.
Loyalty & order activity — points earned/redeemed and your order history within the app.
Payment information — when you pay by card, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Clover) and are handled by Clover. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create and manage your rewards account and track points.
To take, prepare, and notify you about your orders.
To provide customer support and, if you opt in, occasional messages about offers.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app:

Clover — payment processing and point-of-sale. See Clover's privacy policy for how they handle card data.
Our hosting provider — to securely store your account and order data.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
