Terms of Service

G.O.A.T. Coffee Rewards · Last updated July 21, 2026

These terms apply to the G.O.A.T. Coffee Rewards app, operated by G.O.A.T. Coffee Co Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order in the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

• You need an account to order and to collect points. Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your order.
• Keep your account details to yourself. You are responsible for orders and point activity on your account.
• One account per person. The app is not intended for children under 13.
• Tell us if you think someone else is using your account, and we will help you sort it out.

Orders and pickup

• Orders placed in the app are for pickup at our location at 3805 48 Ave, Camrose, AB. We do not deliver.
• You can order for as soon as possible, or choose a day and time. Pickup times can only be set for hours we are open.
• Please check your order before you send it. Once it is with our baristas we may already have started making it.
• We may need to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item has sold out, if we are unusually busy, or if we cannot reach you. If that happens and you have already paid, we will refund you.
• Please collect your order at the time you chose. We cannot guarantee the quality of drinks or food left sitting for a long time.

Allergies and food information

Item names and descriptions in the app are a guide and may not list every ingredient or allergen. Our drinks and baking are made in a shared kitchen where nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and eggs are present, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to our staff before ordering.

Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include GST. GST is added at checkout, so the total you see before paying is what you pay.
• Prices, items and availability can change, and the menu in the app may occasionally differ from the till. If there is a difference, the price charged at the time of the order applies.
• You can pay by card in the app, or choose to pay when you pick up.
• Card payments are processed by Clover, our payment provider. Your full card number is entered with Clover and is not seen or stored by us. If you choose to save a card for next time, it is stored by Clover, not by us.

Cancellations and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, tell us as soon as you can, in the shop or using the contact details below, and we will make it right. Because drinks and food are made fresh to order, we may not be able to cancel or refund an order once we have started preparing it. Nothing here affects rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.

Loyalty points

• You earn 2 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases linked to your account.
• Rewards currently available: 250 points for a tea, coffee or baking item, and 500 points for a specialty beverage. Rewards are applied in the shop by our staff when you show your code.
• Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
• We may change how points are earned or what rewards cost. If we make a significant change we will give you notice in the app.
• We may adjust or remove points that were awarded in error, and we may suspend an account and any points on it where we reasonably believe the program is being abused.
• If you close your account, or ask us to delete your data, any unused points are lost.

Using the app properly

Please do not misuse the app: no placing fake or fraudulent orders, no using someone else's account or payment method, no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. It may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or problems with services we rely on. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by G.O.A.T. Coffee Co Inc. or its licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the app as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability in connection with the app or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under Alberta consumer protection law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta will have jurisdiction.
